The Keniha website and social media profiles are hosted by Dr.Ravi Kumarage, a Specialist, Physiotherapist, Sports, Scientist and Strength & Conditioning Freelance Coach and personal trainer, practicing in Europe, Sri Lanka and the UK.

He has represented various aspects of the game for over 26 years.

He is a distinguished and brilliant student of Isipathana College, Sri Lanka and has served as its sports athletics captain and Games captain.

Ravi is a talented athlete who is qualified to represent South Asian athletics.

He is also a talented rugby player in the past.

Currently, he is a player representing Sri Lanka and Italy as a target shooting player. He is conducting his professional Consultancy services in Sri Lanka as well as in Europe. He is a registered Physiotherapist with the Governments of Sri Lanka and Italy. He also works as a Strength & Conditioning consultant for summer sports and winter sports in Europe.

The best achievement in his educational life is a business administration MBA and PHD in Strength & Conditioning. Ravi has worked in many roles throughout his career, including professional sport and has been fortunate enough to work with and learn from some of the world’s leading experts.

Ravi has helped a wide and diverse range of people return to fully function after an injury or episode of pain and understands the importance of good, genuine and robust rehabilitation for all.

Ravi has extensive training and clinical experience in orthopedic medical assessment and treatment. He always looks for the most effective, efficient and evidence-based approach to help all he sees recover as quickly and safely as possible.

His main philosophy is to do the basics really well and save the complex stuff for later if needed.

Ravi strongly believes in a practical and pragmatic approach and is passionate about educating patients and clinicians on the evidence and effectiveness or lack of it for many treatments with-in the profession. Ravi now conducts his own highly acclaimed international workshops across the world.

He is also actively involved in clinical research projects.
